Alec Martin February Senior of the Month at Mt. Pulaski High School

 

[February 29, 2024]    Alec Martin, son of Doug and Erin Martin, has been named February-Senior-of-the-Month at Mount Pulaski High School.

Alec has been a member of FFA for four years, currently serving as the Vice President. He also has participated on the MPHS shooting team for seven years.

Alec has volunteered with the Latham Fire Department for four years, currently serving as President. He has also volunteered around the community for the MPHS Day of Service, helped with town clean-up with the Latham Fire Dept., and collected food for the FFA Food Drive.

Alec has gotten High Honors or Straight A’s every year.

Alec plans to attend Lincoln Land Community College for the Electrical Distribution Lineman program with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science.

The Senior-of-the-Month program is sponsored by Conaway Handyman Service and Downing, Przykopanski, Clements, & May Insurance Agency, Inc.. They are also in the running for the $500 Senior-of-the-Year award sponsored by INB.
