To
find out the answers to these questions, the public is invited to
hear University of Illinois Extension Service Master Naturalist Pam
Moriearty, who will be speaking Monday evening March 18 at the Logan
County Genealogical & Historical Society.
Moriearty will reveal, “The Secret Geology of Logan County,” as she
addresses Society members and guests during the 6:30 p.m. meeting at
the LCGHS building located at 114 N. Chicago St., across from the
Lincoln Depot.

The master naturalist is known
for manning the bird watching station at Kickapoo Park and has
given programs on the Kickapoo Indian Village located near
Lincoln and on Honey Bees and pollinators.
Refreshments will be served following a brief business meeting.
