Obituary
Rita A. Girdler, 58, of Bloomington
passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at her home.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 15,
2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Atlanta Cemetery with Mr.
Tony Billingsley officiating.
Rita Ann Atchison was born on December 31, 1965 the
daughter of Jean and Francis (Baker) Atchison. She
was united in marriage to Michael Girdler. He
survives.
Also surviving are her children:
Anthony Chance Harmon, Dusty Jean Harmon, Myles
Girdler and Sladen Girdler. Two brothers: Dennis
(Anita) Atchison and Eric (Kathy) Atchison, one
sister: Jeanette Atchison and one
granddaughter. |
Rita was employed at the Minier IGA.
Memorials may be made to her family.
Quiram Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements.
