- Steven Lynn Mileham, 72, of Melvin, (formerly of
Weldon), passed away on Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at Mattoon Rehab
and Health Care Center.

Obituary
Steven Lynn Mileham, 72, of Melvin,
(formerly of Weldon), passed away on Saturday, May
11th, 2024 at Mattoon Rehab and Health Care Center.
Steve was born on October 4th, 1951, in Lincoln, the
son of Elmer Lee Mileham and Lillie Irene Schultz.
He married Margie Ann Woodard in 1970 and they had
four children. They later divorced.
He is survived by his children: Lynn (Bruce) Cox,
Lisa (Michael) Stoerger, Laura (Scott) Mims, and
Leland (Jodi) Mileham; 13 grandchildren, three great
grandchildren, and his brother: Michael (Janet)
Mileham. Steve is also survived by his loving
companion of 35 years: Mary Mena, her two children:
Denise (Frankie) Hubbard, Lyrica (Scott) Johnson,
and her six grandchildren, and 10
great-grandchildren.
Steve is preceded in death by his parents. |
Steve graduated from Melvin-Sibley
High School in 1970, and spent most of his life
there farming, raising hogs, and also worked as a
truck driver. He was a very talented musician and
played in the family band for many years.
Private family services for Steve will be held at a
later date.
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski
has been entrusted with arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to Steve’s family.
