Ruby was born August 15, 1949, in Money,
Mississippi, the 4th daughter of Charles and Lula
Bell (Elam) Westbrooks. She married Mathis L. Price
in 1974. Ruby was a successful LPN for over 20 years
in long term care facilities and home health
services. Ruby was an extraordinary person full of
warmth and kindness to all. Her presence left an
everlasting impression on anyone who had the
privilege to know her. Ruby was of rare form, a
walking earth angel! Shining like the sun everywhere
she went, touching the lives of anyone she met. Her
selflessness and positivity made a tremendous
difference to so many, creating a legacy of love and
							grace.
 Ruby enjoyed many things but
mostly; caring for her animals, tending to her
garden, reading her bible, and sharing time with
family and friends. Ruby had a playful spirit yet
was devoted to her deep sense of purpose in
ministry. Ruby also enjoyed spreading love, family
gatherings, dancing, and beating us all at bidwiz.
