Obituary
Constance G. Fleshman, 71, of Lincoln
passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at
Springfield Memorial Hospital.
Private family services will be held.
Burial will be at a later date in the Mt. Pulaski
Cemetery.
Constance Gale Hanslow was born on June 23, 1953 in
Lincoln the daughter of Forrest Dale and Donna
Hanslow. She was united in marriage to Robert D.
Fleshman on July 7, 1979. He preceded her in death
on April 10, 2014.
She is survived by her son: Nicholas (Sara) Fleshman,
Two daughters: Chritine Rivero and Stacy (Daniel)
Thielen. Seven grandchildren: Andrew (Allison) Hindt,
Zach Thielen, Chase Thielen, Isabella Rivero,
MacKinzie Fleshman, Caleb Fleshman and Grace Toliver.
Two great grandchildren: Evelyn and Lucy Hindt. And
her fur baby Stella. |
Connie graduated from the Lincoln
Community High School in 1971. She then attended the
Springfield School of Radiology graduating in 1973.
She retired in 2007 from the Abraham Lincoln
Memorial Hospital after 30 years of service in the
Radiology Department.
She enjoyed being a home maker and taking care of
her children and her parents.
Family was first priority for her.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Logan
County or to Lincoln Rural Fire Department.
Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
