City of Lincoln and Lincoln Park District to host Family Movie Night in Eighth Street Park September 21st
 

[September 03, 2024]    The city of Lincoln and the Lincoln Park District are teaming up to bring a great outdoor event to the community on Saturday September 21st in the Eight Street Park (former Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital site) in Lincoln.

The event which is free to all will include hotdogs, chips and water from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. sponsored by the Lincoln PD D.A.R.E. program.

At 7 p.m. the fun, family friendly movie “IF” will play on the big screen in the park.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs or blankets.

No alcohol permitted.

Also, plans are all dependent upon weather conditions.
