Service:  A private graveside service for Curt will be held at Zion Cemetery in Lincoln.

Vestie Curtis “Curt” Vincent, 86, of Lincoln, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2024, at Lincoln Village Healthcare.

Curt was born July 11, 1938, in Caneyville, Kentucky, the son of Vestie and Ruby (Cummings) Vincent. He married Deborah Kleiger in October of 2015. She preceded him in death in June of 2022.

Curt is survived by his children, John (Susie) Vincent and Linda Vincent; seven grandchildren, Curt (Diana), Craig, Zakary (Christina), Tallon (Brianna), Tyler, Gabe, and Alexa Jade; and his four great-grandchildren, Emmyline, Leo, Brynn, and Ariana. He is also survived by his siblings, Norma (Vernon) Turner, Phyllis Druien, JoAnn Leininger, and Tom Vincent.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Deborah; son, Lewis “Gene” Vincent; and one brother, Marvin Gene Vincent.

Curt proudly served in the US Army from 1958 to 1960. He was a truck driver for many years and loved to be on the road. Curt also enjoyed Harley Davidsons and storytelling.

A private graveside service for Curt will be held at Zion Cemetery in Lincoln.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln.
