Heartland
Community College Lincoln and Lincoln Economic Advancement &
Development, Inc. (LEAD) are pleased to announce the third workshop
in the Essential Workplace Skills series, which is offered at a
reduced cost to Lincoln businesses. Understanding Customer Service
Essentials will be offered on October 8, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 12
p.m. at Heartland Community College Lincoln, 2201 Woodlawn Road.
During the Understanding Customer Service Essentials workshop,
participants will explore customer-centricity as an avenue for
trust-building for both internal and external customers. These
skills will set your staff apart from your competitors when coupled
with the communication and technology techniques learned during this
three-hour workshop.
Lincoln businesses can send up to three employees to this workshop
at a 60% savings.

p.m. on October 3. Due to limited seating, businesses are
