			Lois Eileen Vannoy, 81, of Lincoln, Illinois, peacefully passed away 
			on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at the Mason City Area Nursing Home.  |

							Obituary 
							Lincoln- Lois Eileen Vannoy, 81, of 
							Lincoln, Illinois, peacefully passed away on 
							Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at the Mason City Area 
							Nursing Home. 
							 
							No services are scheduled. Cremation rites have been 
							accorded. 
							 
							She was born on June 5, 1944, in Weldon, Illinois, 
							to Leo “Bill” and Leona (Thoms) Followell. On 
							September 28, 1963, she married, Jerrell Vannoy, in 
							Clinton, Illinois. He survives. 
							 
							Lois is survived by her children, Lorraine (Jeff) 
							Tabor and Jerrell “David” Vannoy Jr.; her “favorite” 
							granddaughter, Rachel (Kyle) Schmock; and her two 
							beloved great-grandchildren, Tabor and Sawyer 
							Schmock. She is also survived by her great-niece, 
							Audra (Seth) Eimer, and her bonus grandchildren, 
							Kristi Tabor, Blake Tabor, Jared Helton, and Joseph 
							Eimer. 
							 
							A longtime resident of Lincoln, Illinois, Lois was 
							known for her love of card games, laughter-filled 
							gossip sessions, and snack time with her 
							girlfriends.  | 
							
							 
                
				  
							She was preceded in death by her 
							parents and her siblings, Norma “Sissy” Woods, 
							Donald Followell, and Ronald Dean Followell. 
							 
							Lois will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
