            | Dear Editor,
This year, May 11-17 is National Hospital and Healthcare Week, and I
hope that you’ll join me in reflecting on the important role that
the hospital plays in our community and expressing appreciation to
			our colleagues.

At Lincoln Memorial Hospital, we are continuously working to enhance
the services we offer to our community. For example, we are
partnering with regional specialists to expand the options for
having surgery right here at LMH. We’re also making a significant
investment in upgrades to our imaging technology.

But as important as the latest technology is, it’s our people who
truly make a difference. As a small, rural hospital, our team is
part of the community, too, and we treasure the relationship we have
			with you.

[to top of second column in this letter]
 | Healthcare can be a difficult field, and those who
pursue it as a profession are driven by a desire to serve others. A
kind word from a patient or family member means a lot to our
colleagues in offering support and recognition.
I am proud to work alongside so many dedicated
colleagues at LMH. Whether they care for patients directly or
provide operational support, each plays an important role. Please
join me in thanking them for everything they do – not only this
			week, but all year long.
 Sincerely,
 Dolan Dalpoas
 President and CEO
