  • Matthew K. Shelton, age 46, of Bloomington, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 12/9/2025 at 4:39 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County Warrant 2023 DT 05 on a Failure to Appear on a DUI charge.
