• Lavona N. Brockington, age 44, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/31/2025 at 1:48 p.m. on Malerich Drive on a Retail Theft charge.
   

• Tyler M. Cheek, age 21, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/31/2025 at 6:33 p.m. on Malerich Drive on Burglary and Aggravated Assault charges.
   

• Dakin D. Ellegood, age 27, of Hartsburg, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/31/2025 at 11:50 p.m. on Stahlhut Drive on a Retail Theft charge.
   

• Amanda R. Coppinger, age 42, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 2/2/2025 at 1:20 a.m. on Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges.
   

• Scott W. Smith, age 49, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 2/3/2025 at 12:22 a.m. on an Arkansas Warrant, Methamphetamine Possession, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charges.

Logan County Sheriff's Office

• Ryan F. Reagan, age 42, of Emden, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 1/31/2025 at 7:47 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on a Domestic Battery charge.
