Obituary
Patrick L. O誰eill, 69, of Lincoln,
passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at OSF
St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February
15, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic
Church.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00
a.m. at the church on Saturday.
Burial will be at a later date in Holy Cross
Cemetery in Lincoln.
Patrick Leo O誰eill was born on October 28, 1955, in
Lincoln, the son of Charles Leo and Viola Mae Biggs
O誰eill.
He is survived by his brother: Mike (Patty) O誰eill,
two nieces: Erica O誰eill and Ashley O誰eill, one
nephew: Christopher O'Neill, and one great-nephew:
Kyle A. Ginger, Jr.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one
brother, Kevin, and Aunt Peggy O誰eill.
Pat graduated from Lincoln Community High School in
1974. He worked at Kroger痴 for twenty-nine years,
fifteen years for each of Pepsi and First Student
Bus Service. He also ran the Pride and Glory Video
Service. |

He was a member of the Holy Family
Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council #1250,
Moose Lodge, Moose Heart, and Sons of the American
Legion.
He served the residents of Logan County by being on
the Logan County Board for fifteen years.
He enjoyed bowling for over thirty years and was the
secretary for the men痴 league for fifteen years.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Logan
County.
