[January 07, 2025]  Logan/ Mason County Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) is launching a Recovery Community Survey. The purpose of this survey is to measure public opinion on issues related to recovery. The information collected will be used to identify areas for improvement in our communities. Please know, responses are confidential, so we are asking you to please answer the questions openly and honestly, to the best of your ability.

All members of Logan and Mason County communities are encouraged to participate with hopes that each person who fills it out can send this to their partners and circle of influence, both professional AND personal. We are working to capture responses from as many members in our communities as possible!

All those who fill out the survey prior to February 10th by midnight and are willing to add contact information will be entered to win a gift card. No purchase necessary.
