The Lady Railers fell to the Pleasant Plains Cardinals on
Thursday night 50-31.
The beginning and end of this game was not pretty.
Lincoln managed just two points in the first quarter and only four
points in the fourth quarter.
The Cardinals flew out to a 15-2 lead in the first quarter.
By halftime Pleasant Plains was on top 35-18.
Piper Whiteman, making her 2024-25 season debut on the court, dumped
in four points in the second quarter. The return of Whiteman was
definitely a highlight for the team.
Pleasant Plains continued dominating Lincoln and they led 43-27 at
the end of the third quarter.
With Anna Weber pouring in 27 points for the Cardinals, Lincoln
falls 50-31.
Lincoln was led by Makinley Knapp with 12 points.
The Lady Railers are now 8-8 on the season.
Pleasant Plains won the JV game 48-28.
Pleasant Plains improved to 11-5.
