Community Theatre Presents Midwinter Night’s Dream Dessert Musical Cabaret

Lincoln Community Theatre is pleased to
announce A Midwinter Night’s Dream, a Dessert Cabaret featuring
performances by Lincoln Community Theatre alumni complemented by a
curated dessert menu.

LCT will stage three performances of A Midwinter
Night’s Dream on February 14 at 7 p.m. and February 15 at 2 p.m. and
7 p.m. at St. John United Church of Christ, 204 7th Street, in
Lincoln.
The cabaret will feature ensemble and solo
performances of love songs from a variety of Broadway productions
and more. The cabaret is directed by Tim Searby and Sheralyn Bolton,
directors of LCT’s 2024 summer season, and accompanied by Kay Dobson
and Dinelle Frankland. The delicious dessert menu will be crafted by
We Three Sweets and served by LCT Board members.
Proceeds from ticket sales of A Midwinter Night’s
Dream will support Lincoln Community Theatre’s summer season,
student scholarships, and continuing renovations for LCT’s workshop
and storage warehouse, aptly located on Broadway Street. Lincoln
Community Theatre is a nonprofit dramatic arts organization whose
mission is:
1.) To be a showcase for family entertainment of the finest quality,

participants of all ages to develop talents in all aspects of
theatre arts,
3.) To encourage and support involvement of area youth in
theatrical workshop experiences which prepare them for
performance readiness, and
4.) To build community involvement in promoting a lifelong
appreciation of the arts.

previous presentations of A Midwinter Night’s Dream sold out in
advance, so purchase your tickets soon!
