The Hilltoppers led 13-4 at the end of the
first quarter and they were up 32-15 at the half.
It was a 53-29 Hilltoppers lead after the third quarter.
The story of the game was heavy on fouls and free throws. At the
end of the 61-41 victory Mount Pulaski had shot 24-for-32 from
the free throw line.
Mount Pulaski improved to 8-11 overall and 3-1 in the Tomahawk
Conference.
Mount Pulaski plays at Delavan on Friday night.
The JV game will tip-off at 6:00 p.m. The Varsity will follow at
7:30 p.m.
