Phyllis E. Barrigear, 83, of Lincoln passed away on Monday, February
10, 2025 at the Carlinville Rehabilitation and Health Center.

Graveside services will be on Thursday, July 17,
2025 at 2:30 p.m. at the Greenwood Cemetery in
Decatur.

Phyllis E. Barrigear, 83, of Lincoln
passed away on Monday, February 10, 2025 at the

Phyllis Elaine Dickey was born on January 19, 1942
in Decatur the daughter of Jesse Leon and Edna Mae (Armentrout)
Dickey.
She is survived by her son Virgil Barrigear Jr. and
several nieces and nephews. |
She was preceded in death by ten
brothers and sisters. Five half brothers and
sisters.
Peasley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
