Obituary
Kimberly Dawn "Kim" Vaughn, 66, of
Lincoln, passed from this life at home surrounded by
her family on June 3, 2025.
Cremation rites have been accorded
by Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home and a
celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Kim was born November 10, 1958, in Springfield, IL.,
the daughter of Phillip J. Ferguson and Donna (Suter)
Ferguson. She was a hippie at heart. She loved
butterflies, horses, flowers, and nature. She
enjoyed crocheting and watching TV game shows and
murder mysteries. Kim had a kind spirit and was
always there to help anyone that needed it. She
loved her family more than anything else.
Survivors include her children: Tabitha (Mike) Gail,
Jason Bennett (Courtney Stubbs), and Stormy Leslie
(Billy Chance Jr.); grandchildren: Tyler, Gavin,
Jade, Teagan, Logan, Conner, Emma, Gwen, Charlotte,
Aerial, Zachary, Brandon, Jacob, and Nichole; 6
great grandchildren; siblings: Phil Ferguson, Chris
Ferguson, Mike Strongman, and Cindy McDonald.
Several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends also

She was preceded in death by her
parents and her brother Steve Ferguson.
Memorial donations may be made to the family to
assist with funeral expenses.
