In addition, ISB is also seeking candidates for
At-Large Directors. These individuals will be nominated by the
majority of the Board sitting in a quorum at a meeting to be
determined. Thereafter, two of the nominated individuals will be
elected by a majority of soybean producers in attendance at the
ISB Meeting in July 2025. ISB members serve a term of three
years and are eligible for up to three consecutive terms.
Any interested producer must notify the Board of their desire to
become a candidate for an At-Large position by sending a letter
of interest to Illinois Soybean Association, Attn: Director of
Operations, 1108 Trinity Lane, Bloomington, Illinois, 61704.
This letter of interest must be postmarked no later than Friday,
February 21, 2025. Letters of interest may also be sent via
email to dustin.scott@ilsoy.org. The same deadline applies.
Once intent is expressed, candidates will be emailed a link to
an online application. Online applications must be completed and
submitted electronically no later than Friday, March 7, 2025.
There is no write-in provision for At-Large director elections.
