Obituary
Harold L Walker, 91, of Carlinville,
IL, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
Harold was born December 24, 1933 in Decatur, IL,
son of Travis and Blanche (Cloney) Walker. He
married Betty Ryder on April 13, 1952 in Decatur,
IL. She passed on December 14, 2016.
Harold was the father of Cindy (Greg) DeJarnette of
Lincoln, grandfather of Drew (Rebecca) DeJarnette,
previously of Emden, and Caleb (Lauren Stanfield)
DeJarnette of Lincoln.
Harold was survived by his son, five daughters, 19
grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 5
great-great grandchildren..
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, his
wife, Betty of 64 years, two brothers, one sister,
and two sons-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28,
2025, 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Memorial Christian Church
in Carlinville, IL. Funeral Services will be
conducted at 10:00 am, Saturday, March 1, 2025 at
Memorial Christian Church.
