The church welcomed over 600 people to this popular
			event.

The theme for this year was Once Upon a Time and
everyone was welcomed by Cinderella and other princesses. The front
entry was adorned with lighted trees, a bridge, and a vine covered
arch while the dance floor was lit up by many colorful lights.

There were a couple of areas set up for photo
opportunities. In addition, many people lined up to have
professional photographers Michael Gowin and Jim Coop take photos
that families will be able to pick up sometime next week.

In the craft area, girls could decorate golden crowns
with sequins so they could look like princesses.

As usual, the treat room was a popular stop for
homemade treats and a punch bowl fountain. After all the dancing and
moving around, many needed the energy boost.

The dance floor was in the church fellowship hall and
gym with a variety of pop, country and Christian music. There was
slow dancing, lively dancing and line dancing.

When the song YMCA played, many sang along and did
the motions. Several fathers participated in a dance off with Lee
			Funke winning the trophy.

The ever popular Daddy-Daughter Dance held every
March at Lincoln Christian Church is a community event for all
			daughters, their fathers or father-figures.
