| City of Lincoln Drop-off Cleanup 
			scheduled for Saturday, May 17
 [May 03, 2025] 
            The City of Lincoln will host a 
			City wide cleanup and tire collection at The Lincoln Municipal 
			Services Building at 313 Limit Street. The purpose of this cleanup 
			is to give the residents of Lincoln an opportunity to dispose of 
			large bulky items and other things that would not normally be picked 
			up during regular weekly waste collection. The cleanup will take 
			place on the following date and time…
 
 Saturday, May 17, 2025 between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
 
 Items should be brought to The Municipal Services Building at 313 
			Limit Street. Residents should enter the facility off of Limit 
			Street, stay to the right, and continue all the way around the 
			building to the unloading area at the southwest corner. After 
			unloading your vehicle, stay to the right, and exit back on to Limit 
			Street. There will be staff from the City and Area Disposal to 
			assist with unloading. Photo I.D. is required to show proof of 
			residency. Residents must have a residential account in good 
			standing with GFL to participate.

 UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS:
 Paint
 Batteries
 Yard Waste
 Hazardous Material: oil, gas, solvents or any other liquid waste
 Electronic Waste: computers, TVs, electronics
 Concrete
 Auto parts
 Appliances that have or do contain Freon or dishwashers
 Asbestos

				 ACCEPTABLE 
				ITEMS:Small amounts of construction debris – containerized or bundled, 
				must be less than 5-feet in length, and weigh less than 50 lbs. 
				per bundle
 Mattresses
 Furniture – indoor and outdoor
 Children’s yard toys – plastic and metal
 Scrap Metal- Appliances
 Car or truck tires – a limit of 4 tires per household
 
 Please take advantage of this program as it is an excellent 
				opportunity to remove many of the items that otherwise end up 
				stored or dumped inappropriately around town attributing to 
				overall blight throughout the city.
