Chestnut plans Annual Fun Day for
June 7

Chestnut is celebrating its Annual Fun Day on Saturday, June 7th at
Armstrong Park. A Dedication Ceremony will be at 9:30 am at Clark
Park (across from Longview Bank of Chestnut) for the new Mural of
historic Chestnut, painted by Scott Lindley, from Mt. Pulaski.
Events will include a cake walk, bounce house, games, kiddie tractor
pull, silent auction, and live music by "Just Friends". Cesar
Andrade will fire up his grill to serve food. Chestnut t-shirts will
be for sale as a fundraiser.
The Chestnut Fire Department will serve breakfast at the Firehouse.
