Perry Hawkins, 52, of McLean, passed away peacefully on February 18,
2025, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, surrounded by his family.

Christian Church in Lincoln

May 17, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the church.

Obituary
Perry Hawkins, 52, of McLean, passed
away peacefully on February 18, 2025, at OSF St.
Joseph Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He
is the son of Gary and Janet Hawkins.
Services for Perry will be held on Saturday, May 17,
2025, at Jefferson Street Christian Church in
Lincoln. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and
will conclude with a Celebration of Perry’s Life
Service led by Mr. Michael Mallick at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be at a later date at Funks Grove
Cemetery. |

Jefferson Street Christian Church, Lincoln, IL or
the Juvenile Diabetes Research Association.
