Immediately following the service will be the annual ham & bean
			lunch in the Legion ballroom

            Mt. Pulaski
Steenbergen Cemetery will not be hosting Memorial Day
services this year. After careful consideration, we have decided not
to hold a separate event, as a Memorial Day service is already being
conducted in Mt. Pulaski. However, we encourage all to take the time
to visit Steenbergen and reflect on the courage and sacrifice of our
veterans, who selflessly served our country.
To honor their legacy, the “Avenue of Flags” will proudly be
displayed from Saturday, May 24th, through Memorial Day at 5 PM.
These flags stand as a tribute to the veterans who are buried at
Steenbergen, and they serve as a solemn reminder of the enduring
			gratitude we owe to them.

We remain deeply committed to providing a respectful environment for
remembrance. Whether you visit to reflect, remember, or simply pay
respects, we invite everyone to acknowledge the courage and
dedication of those who wore the uniform and served with honor.
