Lincoln Speedway to host 2025 Night
of Champions on November 1st

Springfield, IL – Lincoln Speedway will officially close the
book on the 2025 racing season with its annual Night of Champions
Party, set for Saturday, November 1st at the Route 66 Hotel &
Conference Center in Springfield, IL. The evening will honor
drivers, teams, and supporters who made this year’s racing season a
success, while also providing a fun night of food, awards, and live
music.
The event will open with cocktails at 5:00 PM, followed by a
buffet-style dinner at 6:00 PM, awards at 7:00 PM, and live music
beginning at 8:00 PM. Banquet tickets include dinner, soda, and
water, while a cash bar will also be available.
Awards will be presented to the top ten drivers with at least 70%
attendance in each division. Trophies and monetary awards will be
given to the DIRTcar Pro Late Models, Modifieds, and Crown Vics,
while the Sportsman division will also be recognized after a number
of loyal competitors supported all five of their events this season.
In the DIRTcar Pro Late Model division, Taylorville’s Braden Johnson
celebrated his third consecutive championship, backed by one feature
win and an impressive seven top-five finishes in eight starts. In
the DIRTcar Modifieds, Mason City’s Brian Lynn edged out his son in
a tight points battle, taking the title by just four markers.
Lincoln’s Aidan Crowell claimed the Crown Vic championship, scoring
one feature win in seven starts, while Taylorville’s Colby Eller
secured the Sportsman championship, narrowly topping Tim Riech by
just four points.

Lincoln Speedway invites all drivers, teams, officials, sponsors,
and fans to join the celebration as the curtain closes on an
exciting 2025 season.
Lincoln Speedway does have one more racing event left, the annual
DIRTcar Fall Nationals coming to the speedway, October 16-18.
Practice will be held on Thursday, October 16 with full racing shows
on Friday and Saturday, October 17-18. Full info can be found at
