							Obituary 
							Patsy C. Cowgur, 78, 
							of Chestnut, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 
							2025, at her home. 
							 
							A Celebration of Patsy's Life will be held on 
							Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. (Noon) 
							until 4:00 p.m. at the Chestnut Township Building, 
							209 W. South Street, Chestnut, IL 62518. 
							 
							Patsy Colleen Donnan was born on March 21, 1947, in 
							Lincoln the daughter of Elmer Oliver and Leola 
							Allegra Ballinger Donnan. She was united in marriage 
							to Lester Eugene "Gene" Cowgur on May 29, 1965. He 
							preceded her in death on August 18, 2022. 
							 
							Burial will be at the Laenna Cemetery in rural 
							Chestnut at a later date. 
							 
							She is survived by her children: Tammy Harmony, Lora 
							(Paul) Fanning, and Brad (Pandora) Cowgur, eight 
							grandchildren: Daniel Harmony, Rachel Harmony, 
							Elizabeth (Pat) Buchanan, Nate Fanning, Samatha 
							(Levi) Clemens, Zachary (Allie) Fanning, Justin (Leighanna) 
							Hyatt, and Kevin (Veronica) Cowgur; fifteen 
							great-grandchildren; and one sister-in-law: Bonnie 
							Donnan.  | 
							
							 
                
				  
							She was preceded in 
							death by her husband, one brother: Ronald Donnan, 
							one grandson: Brian Harmony, Jr., and two 
							great-grandchildren. 
							 
							Patsy attended Mt. Pulaski High School. She was 
							employed at the Illinois Secretary of State's 
							office, St. Clara's Manor, Inland Tool, and Fed Ex 
							Customer Critical Delivery. 
							 
							She and Gene owned the Dairy Bar in Mt. Pulaski, 
							along with Putter and Clutter Woodworking. Her 
							hobbies included flower gardening.

							Fund c/o LCB, PO Box 80, Chestnut, Illinois 62518.
