  • Stephen R. Bess, age 41, of Bloomington, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 9/10/2025 at 5:55 p.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County Warrant 2016 CM 76 on a Failure to Appear on a Phone Harassment charge.
