  • Deacon G. Kelsey, age 18, of Mason City, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 4/15/2026 at 8:50 p.m. on Hickox Drive on a Battery charge.
     

  • Kevin M. Morse, age 34, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 4/16/2026 at 7:00 a.m. on 1st Street on Possession of Burglary Tools and Possession of Stolen Property charges.
