  • Preston K. Reed, age 41, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/28/2026 at 2:06 p.m. on 5th Street on a Driving while License Revoked charge.
     

  • Michael C. Warren, age 43, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 1/29/2026 at 1:27 a.m. on Hamilton Street on DUI charges.
     

Logan County Sheriff's Office

  • Kevin L. Knapp, age 52, of Warrensburg, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 1/28/2026 at 8:45 a.m. on State Route 121 on a Driving while License Suspended charge.
     

  • Hector L. Salgado, age 27, of Springfield, IL was arrested by Logan County Sheriff’s Office on 1/28/2026 at 9:26 a.m. at the Logan County Safety Complex on Logan County Warrant 2024 MT 287 on a Failure to Appear on a Driving while License Suspended charge.
