• Katie A. Ellegood, age 45, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 7/18/2026 at 9:00 p.m. on Keokuk Street on Domestic Battery and Resisting Arrest charges.
   

• Timothy Cunningham, age 47, of Gastonia, NC was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 7/19/2026 at 3:26 a.m. on Woodlawn Road on DUI and False Motor Vehicle Theft Report charges.
   

• John P. Sellner, age 39, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 7/19/2026 at 6:54 p.m. at the Logan County Public Safety Complex on a Violation of Pretrial Release Conditions charge.
   

• Krissa N. Bradburn, age 29, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 7/19/2026 at 11:34 p.m. on Keokuk Street on a Driving while License Suspended charge.
