  • Carols M. Vasquez, age 24, of Waukegan, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 6/5/2026 at 2:21 a.m. on Heitmann Drive on a Mclean County Warrant.
     

  • Jason A. Rodriguez, age 39, of Volo, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 6/5/2026 at 3:01 a.m. on Heitmann Drive on Criminal Trespass to Property and Criminal Damage to Property charges.
