T
ogether for Lincoln has become the one Sunday of the year where Christians from churches
across town come together to work side by side.
Now in it 7th year, the core mission of TGFS remains the same, to put Christian brotherhood and
charity into practical action by helping our neighbors as they have need.
Few things have changed over the years, but on action that has helped to achieve more is
coordination with subsidized weatherization program for some of the materials used. This year
there were ten homes receiving energy efficient thermal windows.
