All in all it was a great day at the fair for the little ones. Kudos to the crew who put the event together, it appeared that everything went just as planned and everyone had a really wonderful time. She also got a kick out of participating in the water balloon fight. Miss Julia was happy to pose for a quick shot with a friend, both of whom had matching flower bracelets courtesy of the balloon lady.
