The first pie up for bidding was Rebekah Johnson’s apple pie (3053), which was purchased by Wayne Hanner for $85. Carlene Carter’s pineapple streusel was purchased by Marcia Warner (3069) for $50. Lucretia Tackett’s apple pie was purchased by Janet Estill for $85. Her peach pie was also purchased by Janet Estill for $175. Hannah Crider’s tripleberry pie was purchased by Pat Bay (3071) of Lincolnland Catering for $95. Alex Bergin’s apple pie was purchased for $75 by Bill Gleason (3070). 2018 Pie Auction raises money for the Logan County Fair S aturday, August 4th after the chili cook-off, a pie auction was held in the KC Pavilion to raise money for the Logan County Fair Foundation.
