Page 52 CLASS OF 2020 LINCOLN DAILY NEWS JUNE 2020 Each student will receive at least $1,250 per semester for up to eight semesters of their undergraduate career if they maintain a “B” average. Mr. Arthur Larson established this scholarship in 1994 in memory of his wife, Lucille Flick Larson. Mrs. Larson taught school for 38 years. She was a graduate of Lincoln Community High School, and she also attended Lincoln College, Normal Teachers’ College and the University of Michigan. Throughout her career she dedicated herself to excellence in education and provided a caring haven for her students. Past and current Lucille Flick Larson Scholarship recipients include: Carrie Schreiber, Ryan Struebing, Emmary Searby, Adam Schweitzer, Kim Ayars, Leslie Moehring, Amy Rohrer, Brittany Charette, Danielle Peifer, Miranda Stone, Katie Courtwright, Andrew Frost, Ashley Marten, Kenzi Huelskoetter, Corinne O’Donoghue, Rachel Hahn, Nicole Tripplett, Kara Gehlbach, Christine Schick, Kathryn O’Donoghue, Abigail Feldman, Rachael Jones, Dena Boyd, Katelyn Anderson, Shelbie Gleason, Shelby Kottemann, Matthew Barker, Corey Jones, Maggie Cusey, Ashley Erb, Tiffany Strickler, Kathryn Hoefs, Abagail Crowell, Kathryn Nobbe, Maggie Hanger and Alexis Davis.
