Page 18 2020 Hometown HEROES Magazine LINCOLN DAILY NEWS May 14, 2020 retailers who are now closed may sell online and hand merchandise out the front door to customers. Not just in Logan County, but around the state, some were doing that already, but doing so quietly. Some are still unable to do that kind of retail. And there are several service industry businesses such as barbers and hair stylists that are still not permitted to serve their customers. During this whole process we have heard so many great stories about our community stepping up to buy goods and services, buy gift certificates, and many paying it forward to those in need. And in truth, many of the businesses have given to those in need as well. What we have seen is people helping people in the midst of hard times and it warms our hearts. The Information Station is still posted in the daily editions of Lincoln Daily News. The list includes phone number, hours, special instructions and links to Facebook pages or websites for each participating business.
