Page 54 2021 Logan County Fair Lincoln Daily News July/August 2021 T he Lincoln Kiwanis Club recently presented awards to outstanding Logan County 4-H Club members. he following individuals were chosen as outstanding 4-H members from their clubs: Ryan Fruge, Hollanders 4-H; Klarissa Helton, Middletown 4-H’ers; Daniel Crider, The Pioneers 4-H Club; Sarah Starasta, Cloverdale 4-H Club; William Stambaugh, Wide-A-Wake 4-H Club. Klarissa Helton was selected as the overall winner and outstanding Logan County 4-H member. She received the Armin Fricke Memorial Award sponsored by the Lincoln Kiwanis.
