Logan was sure to be found at these supporting these businesses and events because he believed in helping others succeed. State Farm Agent Deron K. Powell said, “Some of my fondest memories and recollections of Roy came from my early days as an agent almost 20 years ago. The Chamber of Commerce at that time had monthly “mixers” where local businesses showed off their offices and promoted their businesses. Roy was always a fixture; there was free food and usually a cold beverage available! He was always the life of the event and did all he could to introduce the “newbies” to other more seasoned business owners. He truly cared about making Lincoln and Logan County a better place to do live and do business. He will be greatly missed by Kristi and I and so many others!” Not everyone leaves a legacy, but Logan left a mark on our community. He will be remembered for his humor, his ability to build others up, his desire to be kind to everyone, and much, much more. Logan was an inspiration to all who knew him and though he won’t be seen in the community, his memory will live on. . . . some information taken from past articles in LDN.
