Chipotle Corn Cheese

“Surprise your guests with a different spread/dip at your next
party.”
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheese (cheddar, pepper Jack or Mexican blend)
1 (14.5 oz) can Mexicorn, drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
˝ teaspoon chipotle powder
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together; chill several hours
before serving. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or corn
chips.
