Broccoli Casserole

“This casserole was a recipe from my cousin, MaryAnn.”
10-12 oz. fresh broccoli; steamed and mashed just a little (you
still want some chunks)
1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg; well beaten
1 cup sharp cheese
1 cup KRAFT mayo (to taste right, it must be Kraft. I think it's the
tang in the Kraft that makes it so good)
saltine crackers, crumbled
Mix everything together, except crackers, in greased pyrex dish
(about a 9x9 or so). Top with crumbled crackers and bake at 350º for
45 minutes. Let cool a bit before dipping into.
