Strawberry-Banana Fruit Punch

“A refreshing punch for a brunch or any special occasion.”

 

1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1 (46 ounces) can pineapple juice

1 (12 ounces) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

1 (12 ounces) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

2 large ripe bananas

1 package (20 ounces) frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, thawed

2 liters ginger ale, chilled

 

In saucepan heat water and sugar long enough to dissolve sugar. Cool.  Place bananas, strawberries and sugar water syrup in a blender; cover and process until smooth. In a large container, combine pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate; stir to blend. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale.
