Taco Dip

“This was a quickly thrown together
recipe that turned out to be a hit at my party.”
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 pound process cheese product,
cubed
1 (8 ounces) bottle taco sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe
olives, drained
Tortilla chips
In a skillet
over medium heat, brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain. Add the
cheese, taco sauce and water; stir until cheese is melted. Stir in
the tomato and olives. Serve warm with chips
