Bologna Salad Sandwiches

“My family likes this better than
ham salad, you need to try it.”
1 pound bologna
chunk from deli
4 eggs
salad dressing
1/4 - 1/2 cup sweet
pickle relish
Chop bologna and
eggs in food processor.
In a large bowl, mix the bologna
mixture with desired amount of salad dressing and sweet pickle
relish. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve on fresh brown
bread.
