Quiche

1 9-inch pie shell,
unbaked
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups light
cream (half and half)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup grated sharp
cheese
1/2 cup diced Swiss
cheese
1/2 cup cooked, diced
ham
4 slices bacon,
fried, drained and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter
Whip eggs; beat in
cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle cheese, ham, bacon and
onion into pie shell. Dot with butter. Then pour eggs/cream mixture
into pie shell on top of other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for
25 minutes or until center is done. Serve hot.
