“I got this from the girls at work. Really good but what melted cheese dish isn't?”

8 slices bacon, chopped

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup real mayonnaise

2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 1/2 cups Gruyere, shredded

3 scallions, chopped

garlic, minced

1 can artichokes, drained and chopped

1/2 cup smoked almonds, coarsely chopped

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels. Combine all ingredients except almonds. Transfer to small and shallow casserole dish. Bake until golden and bubbly about 15-18 minutes. Top with chopped smoked almonds. Serve with veggies, crackers, mini black bread slices. Garnish with: scallions, diced artichokes, crumbled bacon or green onion slivers.
