Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

“Thought others would enjoy this easy to fix recipe.”

4 cups milk
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup small pearl tapioca (from IGA)
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Optional ingredients:
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins
l tsp. vanilla

Stir all ingredients together in a slow cooker. Cover; cook on medium for three hours, or on low for six hours, stirring occasionally. Serve warm.
