Cheesy Biscuits

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Mix Bisquick, milk and cheese to form soft dough. Roll dough out
on well floured counter. Cut into round biscuits. (or make as
drop biscuits if you wish) Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake
in preheated 425 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden
brown. Mix melted butter and garlic powder; brush mixture over
warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm with
a meal. |
